Seems like opinion on the Dekoni earpads is polarised. Have people tried the Yaxi earpads for the HD6XX? Protein leather on the outside rim and Alcantara on the inside rim and top. I have a pair and they sound great: a bit darker than stock but the bass is way better.

vkaiwarThat's actually not good then. I actually felt the HD6xx, in terms of monitoring, was already a bit heavy on bass but to have it accentuated even more makes it less useful for monitoring.
