It's a little on the douchebaggy side to not fully disclose all the important details about your products. It really should say somewhere, in big letters even, that this is not a portable bluetooth speaker. People expecting a bluetooth speaker to come with a battery will receive bitter disappointment when they receive this.

Both Bluetooth speakers I own have both a battery and an AC power source. They can be run either on battery alone, or from AC while charging the battery. Some people are sure to expect a bluetooth speaker to be able to play without being plugged in. As a service to them they should make it clear that this isn't a portable speaker, it just has bluetooth as one of its connection options.
