I can see a DIY project here- find a glass bell jar or a clear acrylic bell jar that is big enough to cover the spinning station and drill a small hole on the top w/proper drilling bit . Attached an aquarium air pump (find a quiet one if you can) tube to the bell jar hole on the top.
Edit: found this perfect dome glass display that even come with a hole at the glass top! https://www.amazon.com/Plymor-Brand-Glass-Display-Walnut/dp/B006XIQRKK/ref=sr_1_25?s=furniture&ie=UTF8&qid=1480012519&sr=1-25&keywords=bell%2Bjar&th=1
Edit 2: I received the dome glass display but was disappointed how fragile it was. It arrived cracked and I'm returning it. I'm going to see if I can find an acrylic dome.
Edit 3: I'll be using this one below for the project: https://www.amazon.com/Aroma-Bakeware-Cheese-Marble-Plate/dp/B01DQ60L0S/ref=sr_1_69?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1480209449&sr=1-69&keywords=acrylic+dome
Spin the Tornado Top and then place the bell jar over the spinning station. Turn on the air pump and Voila! you've a non-stop spinning top going on and on and on. Will be a sight to watch. You may want to put some toothpick bit or similar tiny object of your choice at the bottom of the bell jar to allow air to escape.
I'm going to order one and try it since I've a lot of air pump lying around. Yeap, aquarium is one of my hobby.
Have fun! and also Happy Thanksgiving!

I removed the cover (air flow from the air pump) at 10:06 min so you can see how the top finished on its own after two minutes or so.
