This wasn't a great deal as far as I'm concerned. I import my ink from a store in The Netherlands for $3.50 a bottle (they charge 3,10 EUR so that's with the exchange rate). I just bought 21 bottles plus shipping for around $87. They came highly recommended from /r/fountainpens and I can't argue with the price. Shipping was only a few bucks more than three orders from here. ($13).
FYI, prices displayed include VAT until you set a non Euro shipping address or log in with an account. It drops 23% or so down to 3,10 I listed above.
Ink prices here are great, pen prices don't seem much better with the exchange compared to other US based retailers. (not true for all I suppose, but I compared a few Pilot and TWSBI pens)

epsilon748Pls see my note below -- I got a great price directly from Diamine for under 2 Euros plus they deduct the VAT AND 5 pounds shipping -- whereas la couronne charges 3.75 Euros per bottle and 15 Euros to ship to Canada. Just FYI.
