CloacaWithout knowing the watch brand and model, this will be a guess, but if you are talking about a 46mm case diameter, then it should accept 24mm-wide straps. A smaller width strap on that big a watch would look weird, but it has been done before (e.g. the Seiko Sumo is 45mm in diameter, but has 20mm lugs).
Of course, this is assuming the 46cm (hoping cm was a typo) number you gave is the watch diameter. If it's the lug to lug length, then I would need the make and model of the watch to look up the specs.
JakeRobertsIt's a no-longer-produced Glycine Incursore 46-mm version, with a 24-mm lugs, tapering to a 22-mm buckle. I'm traveling and don't have access to it to measure its lug-to-lug length, but an online source suggests 51-mm lug-to-lug, measuring between the centers of the holes. With a 7-inch wrist, which of the four sizes would be best? 105/115/125/140.
CloacaYou got me brother! Dont own a strap from this company, but I'm sure they'll answer your question. My wrist size is close to yours, so I guess 125 would work; that's the size I would choose for a 46mm Incursore, but I'll let the District Leatheir guys give you a definitive answer.
CloacaReceived 2018-01-29, very nice strap. This is the second strap from Massdrop that I have liked, having now ordered from four strap vendors (Vulture Premium is great; the Da Luca and Mankey stuff didn't appeal to me).
Sizing is my only nit to pick: I'm wearing it on the tightest hole, 1 of 5, and that is probably fine, but as my wrist changes size throughout the day and seasons, I'd feel a little safer on hole 2, with room to tighten, and plenty of room to loosen.
I'm using it on a matte black watch, so it would also be nice ot have a matte black buckle. I'll keep my eye out for one.
This was a nice present for today. DHL and their Frankfurt black hole drive me up the wall, so I made a point of ignoring the tracking when it shipped. That helped to preserve my sanity, and made receiving it into a pleasant surprise.

Another nit: The keepers are of the loose variety, and in particular the sliding keeper eventually slides around and off the strap end, or towards the fixed keeper. I prefer the tight-as-a-duck's-ass style keepers as on Vulture Premium straps.
