So if I order the DIY add-on for this, I get the rainbowduino, but NOT the Acrylic box? I kinda want to have the awesome acrylic box AND build it myself.

thisisthesongisingforattentionI was thinking the same thing. I wanted the acrylic box too but wanted to put it together myself instead of paying an extra $20.00 for assembly.

schreinerFourteen dollars for the box on top of the eighteen dollars for the DIY version on top of the possible lowest price of forty dollars seems a bit much, especially when buying the assembled version of the drop gets you all three and an assembled cube for sixty.
