Has anyone received a defective battery? I have a non-working battery that wont' charge, and doesn't light up any indicator lights. I received my shipment yesterday, charged the battery overnight, and still no indicator lights on and off the charger. I have contacted their customer support, but I haven't gotten any response from them. It's been a little over 12 hours since I contacted them.
I've contacted DJI and they have terrible customer service. For what is clearly a factory defect, they want me to jump through hoops before they will even consider talking to me about a replacement. They want me to contact Massdrop to remedy the situation, even though it's clearly a Factory Defect. I'm hoping I didn't make a big mistake with spending this kind of money on a faulty product. Save me Massdrop!

KurtsingramSo customer service is quite slow on both ends, but the best way to get a hold of DJI is via email. Their chat is horrendous, and I've heard worse about their phone service. Massdrop took some time as well to contact me, but by that time DJI had contacted me and we started the RMA process for the battery. You will have to pay for shipping the battery to DJI, but they will ship it back to you after the repair. Good luck!
