Also, the "mobile device holder" is not listed here on MD, whereas it is included on the SKU on DJI's official store. This needs to go below $500 and have the mobile device holder included, at the very least.

The "mobile device holder" you speak of is the portion of the Osmo that holds your phone (mobile device) that you view the video on and thankfully every Osmo comes with one.
After speaking with the vendor we were able to reduce the price to its lowest ever but we need 20 units to get there so spread the word and lets make it happen.
