@BrainFlush You are right, this knife feels amazing.
The weight is surprising for this blade size, one of those mind games when you first pick it up.
@Deaomega1214 Please bring the rest of your lineup to Massdrop, I must have them all.

Micro2112I didn't use it yet because I would feel as if I am disrespecting the makers fine work by using it on a basic ass chopping board. But hot damn it looks so good in my hands!
I am looking at buying the Hauform board soon. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/hauform-brick-cutting-board I think it will make knife sing!

Deaomega1214I found that there is a "Nexus" line of knives available only at Cutlery and More. It is made of BD1N steel, manufactured in China. As I inquired about the company behind this line, it turned out to be your company. Can you tell me more about the quality of this line compared to the "Dragon" line made in Japan? I am very interested in purchasing a BD1N knife.

Deaomega1214Hi! I'm interested in this Dragon Fusion Nakiri. But, I'd like to use BD1N knife before getting it. Can you tell me more about the Nexus line for me also?

drumholicI would feel uncomfortable discussing another customer’s private label line here. You are welcome to email me through our website apogeeculinary.com
