The way this drop works, you're guaranteed one of each of the RTR guilds. Each one of them has a random GTC guild So your five prerelease kits will be: Azorius + Boros OR Dimir OR Orzov OR Simic Izzet + Boros OR Dimir OR Gruul OR Simic Golgari + Dimir OR Gruul OR Orzov OR Simic Rakdos + Boros OR Dimir OR Gruul OR Orzov Selesnya + Boros OR Gruul OR Orzov OR Simic
This means you will have all of the RTR guilds, but unless you get really lucky, you are going to get duplicate GTC guilds. Also, there's no way I see to request particular GTC guilds.
