Same here on the "shipping label created" issue. Contacted support already, but at least I know I am not alone.

An update for the group, a handful of orders were lost in transit by USPS. We have contacted the vendor and due to the community's continued support they will be shipping another set of these to affected members. These outstanding orders should be going out early next week. As soon as they go out members will receive an email with tracking for their individual order.
We apologize for this mishap. We have talked to the vendor and they will be reaching out to USPS to see what exactly happened so the problem can be resolved.

elimelendezSomehow this is my 2nd time to be in the 'handful' of lost orders with USPS and I do wish, judging from my experience & everybody else posting here, that Massdrop support center would have more agility to it.

I have YET to see an update on the shipping status and it's been 8 days. It's still stuck on "Shipping Label created." I'm concerned that my package was somehow not sent out and still at your warehouse. PLEASE can you look into this.

Same here also. I contacted them on 10/2 and haven't received a response yet. This is quite unsettling.

Same here, label created on 9/25, contacted support but of course, they are behind...last time my drop was lost it took slightly over a month to get it replaced & delivered to me:(

An update for the group, the vendor is currently waiting for their allocation of Dragon of Tarkir Booster packs to arrive. Based on recent estimates the bulk order should be in their warehouse this Friday. They will then prepare the order to be shipped individually to group members. As soon as this happens we will make sure to update the group with tracking.

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.
