We believe you're referring to bugs that Apple introduced. That was a difficult time earlier this year, but we created a hardware fix and re-manufactured iOS units. There are actually issues on Apple's side regarding their hardware quality control, but if you encounter an issue, we always help out if you email support@getdrinkmate.com

DrinkMateSo maybe you should exchange the devices that were “compatable with iOS” instead of offering a 20% discount on a new unit. Lousy customer sdevice, lousy device. Don’t blame you cheap little toys problems on Apple.
