I like the idea. But if the company would pay the legal fees for failure to accurately read my sobriety level, It would mean all the difference in the world. Just saying über might be the cheaper option in the long run.

Fatcop415There is a disclaimer and terms and condition that basically waive all liability for the company. Uber is the better option
