3 days ago, I got this, but not working... (iOS version)
So I tested this with friend phone(iOS), but still not working.
What should I do???

sjw0308Do you guys think it might need a firmware update? I remember buying a 256gb iPhone lightning port usb drive and it wouldn't read it at all until I finally went online and saw that you had to insert it into a PC and update to the latest version firmware and then worked immediately afterwards. Just an idea, since iOS version is updated 5 times before many products are made then purchased.
