Awesome wrist rest & customer support (Updated)

Update: Originally got a damaged wrist rest, however, manufacturer reached out to me very fast and was very helpful. I was sent a new wrist rest at no additional cost. After getting it I can say that it is looks awesome and feels very nice.

Original: Trying to get the all lotr set up. Bought the wrist rest and looks nice but arrived chipped. The upside is that it's on the bottom, so, I don't see it
