I'm looking for textured caps for my sweaty fingers. How will these do?

ShanebThey're PBT construction so it will have a little roughness on the top surface.
Bought Ducky PBT's in the past and they are quite decent compared to most others being sold on Flebay.

PirateIceI'm just saying why is there such a lack of textured keys in the market? Makes no sense to me.

ShanebWell you just said you tried textured keys and they didnt work for you, thats probably why, you are losing track and need to rethink what you need for your purposes. Most key caps do have SOME kind of texture, technically, and PBT do often come with a rougher surface, but unless its actually a raised pattern like the rubber keys they arent usually labeled "textured", and no key cap can magically suck up sweat, so they will all get wet and slippery like you mentioned, a texture can only affect that so much.

PirateIceTo be honest I haven't used PBT yet and am also hoping these do well when my fingers are sweaty, i just dont think its going to do much better than my textured rubber keys. If anything is making those rubber keys feel LESS grippy than other keys its probably the texture decreasing contact, not the rubber.
