No ISO? This set is even available in german ISO (by caseking) but only the grey/ blue combination I missed the CCnG and was so looking for this drop... What's wrong with you guys a massdrop? I know ducky produce these caps in ISO layout and at least in ger, uk & nordic.

KoelnHi Koeln,
i'm sorry to be the one to speak up again. I would like to know what Caseking answered you, that they don't offer any other color combinations. I mean they live in ISO-Country, selling ISO-products, making their money and living by ISO-customers.
I although guess you've asked in the same polite manner other german companys like Alternate, Mindfactory ... what's wrong with them not to offer these keycaps at all.
The time i had been raised and educated i've learned to ask in a friendly way if i would like to get something, offending others might not be smart to achieve that.
Matt3o made a nice Granite ISO-childset covering a lot of ISO-layouts and many people, instead of being happy, were upset, because it had been to expensive and had to many keys not needed for their needs. (Around 40 bucks)
Why don't you go to your local town hall, start a small business, that isn't expensive, start to sell ISO-keycaps and get rich. But wait, Ducky might tell you they don't have available what you want right now or they might tell you that you've to take 1000 sets before they make this business with and for you.
To bad, your business ended before it even started.
Cheers

MakamiYou would be amazed, I did ask caseking in very polite manner and they sent a link to computerbase forum about the sale. Pretty much the same complains I'm telling here and some guys were happy just because they finally could buy an ISO PBT set. Only info was given they said they observe the demand and will or will not expand their assortment. Mindfactory doesn't sell keycaps (I think they did sold duckys some time ago) and alternate? c'mon. But I did ask MechanicalKeyboards about the only Vortex bi-color set which is not labeled with "iso enter key not included" and some like other maxkeyboard on their blanks. I have a nice set of Adler Triumph alphas (from a 7007L) on a TKL which I don't use bcs all the modifiers are OEM. Tried to worked that out with G81 keycaps (I didn't know they have different stabilizers and the 1.25 aren't centered) since then I'm just searching for blanks. And I'm still trying to find some nice keycaps for my Pok3r. I am basically just asking if I can buy PBT ISO keycaps. What I get are old groupbuys, links to teraset.net, long gone ebay auctions... I'm literally searching every day, most of the time only for a few minutes but still, for two or three months now and I'm not able to find anything. Btw I requested Granite back. I fell like 40$ for an ISO set is to much (plus shipping, vats...) but if it does leave me in peace I'm willing to pay too much for a set I really like (I would do the same for this one or even better the first ducky CCnG with black dyesub on the premier). Btw wasn't granite one of the best selling keyset on MD? And isn't it still praised for the varity of options (ISO, different lang. layouts). The last sale on caseking last a few weeks, I guess this one won't last longer I have no idea what they need to call it a demand. By the end of the day there are so many really nice keysets out there and I cannot use any them bcs of three caps... And if the only thing I can do about this is nagging in product discussion, well then it's set.

KoelnHi Koeln,
i've this feeling we're moving in circles somehow. But to be more constuctive, it seems you could be fine with your alphas and those G81 caps.
To make that work, you may need some Stabilizer Inserts: top link - http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/products/keyboard-parts/cherry-mx-keycap-stabilizer-insert-2pcs.html for your costar stabilizers and some stemmoding to become centered: second/third link - https://geekhack.org/index.php ?topic=32280.0 - http://deskthority.net/workshop-f7/center-stem-capslock-modding-t9680.html
All you need to build an iso pbt blanck is given at pmk: fourth link - http://pimpmykeyboard.com/blank-key-packs/ Might be to expensive for you though.
Computerbase is my german "hometown", if you're in need for further help or some talk in german send me a pm, same avatar, but the name is Orson or write in this thread: bottom link - http://www.computerbase.de/forum/showthread.php ?t=1326491. Nice people there allways willing to give a hand.
Cheers and good luck

MakamiI contacted Signature Plastics/pimpmykeyboard twice about ISO PBT keycap sets in DCS profile, but they were not very helpful. They are willing to sell only those sets, which you can see in their webshop. (Mostly ANSI sets)

nyunyuHi nyunyu,
i was referring to a selfbuild full set of blanks out of the given options and not a premade full set by SP themselves.

KoelnHi Koeln,
I had the same issue, even worse cause I am used to spanish layout. What I did is switch to ISO UK layout, and is still defficult to get good keysets. Right now you can get an ISO DE pbt keycap set from Vortex on corus-kb, I got mine couple of weeks ago, here you have the links: https://corus-kb.com/en/keycaps/49-vortex-pbt-keycaps-full-set-105-iso-blank-0799665795474.html https://corus-kb.com/en/keycaps/68-vortex-pbt-keycaps-full-set-105-iso-de-qwertz-top-side-printed-.html
Hope it helped,
Regards.

MakamiI was trying to create a "custom" white set from the available caps in the shop, but you can't get all keys in the same shade.
For example ISO Enter is available only in WAN white, but the homing bump keys are in WBK or WFJ. Or there is no white 1.25U key at all.

nyunyuThat's to bad,
i havn't had that problem with dsa profile, but the caps/colors given do change once in a while. What had been possible last week might not be given this week and might be available again ....

mkarlssonHi mkarlsson, thanks for the info, I got the vortex on my radar but the only benefit would be that the letters don't fade (I got the pok3r in black, same keys but with laser-etched lettering). If they came up with white blanks on the other hand... I actually don't care so much for the language layout, ofc I would prefer german or nordic layout but it's not neccessary. Sometimes there are Tai Hao keycaps in UK & GER layout on ebay, but I don't like the colors that much and heard that some ppl are unpleased with the thickness and the coating, well and there's the grey/ blue duckys... Seems like that's all PBT ISO set in the world by now and they're not really an option for me. For my TKL I hope that the modifier caps of an after '96 G80 will fit (all mentioned sets are OEM but I need cherry profile for it). I kinda already put up with the idea of get a nice set, maybe granite someday, maybe vortex will push in the ISO market, they're pretty eager with the bi-color set (below 40$ for thick doubleshot PBTs), maybe not, we'll see.

MakamiThat's some crazy modifications. I bought a G80 on ebay kleinanzeigen & will get it the next days. I really hope I don't have to mod it myself but that would be my last resort. I'm a bit upset that I cannot find PBT blanks, I could built s.th. like this: http://deskthority.net/resources/image/11614 (though I would turn the spacebar :))

KoelnHi Koeln,
No problem. I got a granite set and like it a lot, have it on my GON´s keyboard. Did you miss the Carbon and DangerZone sets? those also had ISO packs and are very nice too.

I am getting DangerZone but I let Carbon go and now I am regretting it, hope its back again sometime.

mkarlssonHi mkarlsson, they're both ABS, same with the coffee set (it's on sale right now on KeyPop.net) & got an ISO set - very pretty, too. I really like the feel of the Vortex thick PBT and even more of the old cherry thick PBT on the triumph typewriter. I know it's not that black/ white and that there are ABS keycaps in outstanding quality but I would be very sad to invest such an amount of money and being not satisfied with the haptics (though, I would be liar if I said I didn't thought about it). @Makami, forgot to say thanks in my last post. I really appriciate you being helpful. Regards.

KoelnThat's looking good,
and welcome to the world of craziness. Have you seen this cherry profile drop: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/blank-pbt-keycaps , of course the big bad enter is missing, but maybe you can get a colorwise corresponding iso-enter dsa at SP, might be better than nothing.
Being crazy myself i tell you a secret, that i even did a paint job on single keycaps to get as close as possible. All of this is just meant as inspiration, and welcome to the journey of searching for perfection.
We're doomed my friend, got to go, my medicine is waiting :)

MakamiHi, seems like modding is inevitable, otherwise I cannot get CapsLock (thus the left upper modifiers) and the spacebar to work... And though it may not look as good as dark grey or blue blanks would look like, I think it will turn out to blend in quite well with the G80 caps when modding is done. So far:

joshwtI guess you talking about the alphas & numeric, these are from a Triumph Adler Gabriele 7007L, thick (1,5mm) PBT cherry profile with blue dye sub. The modifiers are taken from an G-80, they're PBT, too, but thin and laser cut. I've waited a long time but finally I got my hands on ISO dark grey modifiers from this drop: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/blank-pbt-keycaps My goal is to recreate a keyboard like this: https://deskthority.net/resources/image/11614

joshwtBtw, here's a list with all Triumph-Adler typewriters & their stems (you can use the MX & MY stem typewrites). https://deskthority.net/wiki/Triumph-Adler The Gabriele 7007L is the most common in germany but they sold internationally so there will be ANSI layout, too. The Alpha 110 & 115 are beautiful as well (doubleshot white/ green) but hard to lay your hands on. If you're lucky you'll get a 7007L for about 20€ at least in europe but remeber you cannot use (most of) the modifiers.
