Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Duel Decks: Zendikar vs. Eldrazi shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will ship the packages individually to you as soon as possible.

Can I ask why can't this be shipped outside the US? It doesn't have anything sealed, they are just 2 pre made decks.

Hi, I see that many people did not receive their second orders. I ordered one and never received it despite the tracking saying it was delivered on the 12th. Also I have tried working with USPS and submitting support tickets to Mass Drop...no one is helping me >:( . Can you please check with the vendor and have them reship my order.

Hi, this product is still sealed in it's original packaging from Wizards of the Coast. Although it is not a booster box, it is still sealed Magic. Wizards is very particular about what is shipped, and in our experience the only thing they are comfortable with us shipping internationally is loose cards. Sorry about that!

Thanks, someone did reach out to me and the package is supposed to be resent, but I am having a hard time having anyone give me updates for the resolution. It's been about a week and a half and I haven't heard anything through the support ticket. Can you give me an update please.

Ordered two copies of this drop. Was billed for double shipping. And the lone package arrived with only one duel deck. Feels like a ripoff. Any word on when it's going to get fixed?
