mine arrived, too, after waiting for the FedEx truck the entire day, signed packages are a bit of a hassle, but it's admittedly a pretty large box :) assembly was very quick

klmbkvistI was in school when it shipped, it would be nice if they could just leave it, most people work during the day at around the time they deliver.

Aidan_TotherowI hear ya, but I guess for a large and pricey item like this, they want someone to actually receive it. If you are in a nice neighborhood, then I totally understand about you wanting them to just leave it. I, unfortunately, do not live in a nice neighborhood.

by the way, although the e-mail and the transaction tab says the chair is shipped via UPS, UPS's website does not recognize the tracking number. FedEX is shipping my chair.

weijuright?! I've been clicking the link from my transaction page and UPS's site keeps saying that it doesn't have this particular shipment. I finally decided to search it with Google and FedEx came up. All of the sudden it is already going to be delivered today.
I'll post a pic when it arrives.
