I'm very pleased with it. For anyone doubting how comfortable this chair is - prepare to be surprised. The materials are fantastic, and the foam is high density and incredibly comfortable. With the adjustability of the seatpan and back, I was able to dial this into the most comfortable chair I've ever owned - after sitting in this for a few hours I tried my old tempurpedic chair again...it felt like I was sitting on a bare piece of wood!
In regards to size. I'm 6'2", 320lbs. The top of the chair is about a half inch below the top of my head, and the headrest pillow sits perfectly right behind my neck where my skull meets my spine.
One note for the fat kids like me with big thighs - the bottom seat bolsters do have a metal frame in them. It might feel a bit tight initially, but I found that I got used to them very quickly.
The bolsters on both the back and sides give a very secure and planted feeling to the chair, now when I'm sitting in my regular office chair at work, I feel like it's TOO wide.
Overall, A++.
