I guess the revamping of the process took all of 5 minutes to start up a new drop for our chairs.

This is the message I received late today...
The vendor has reached out to us to let us know that unfortunately the chairs that were re-routed by UPS arrived in unsellable condition. As things currently stand their warehouse doesn't have enough units to fulfill orders that are still open. After discussing it at length with both our vendor and the Massdrop's internal team, we have decided to cancel everyone's order and add a $50 credit to partially compensate for ongoing complications. This was a very difficult decision to make due to the various delays and miscommunications that occurred during this drop Refunds will be applied to your payment method within 1-3 business days. The credit will be added to your Massdrop account and will be ready to use in any future drop. As stated before we apologize for the great inconvenience this drop caused. We are currently in the process of revamping our fulfillment process for these particular high value, high mass products, in order to avoid this happening again. If you have any concerns on how things were handled by us please reach out to us athttps://www.massdrop.com/support and we will be sure to do our best for future drops. Thanks for your support and we hope to better serve you and the community in the future.

Okay, it's the end of the week (business week that is). I still don't see any status update, nor a tracking #...?
So does the fact that I got refunded (still pending) and I no longer have a link on my transactions means I will not be receiving a chair and am no longer part of the drop? Or is it part of the new tracking reissue and the money will be pulled out again on shipping? I need to know because it was intended as a gift, which is now late.

After working with UPS in order to locate these units we are happy to report that missing DXRacer chairs have been found. These are now on their way back to the vendor's warehouse after UPS redirected them. DXRacer is working on re-shipping these units with new labels.
Based on current estimates these should be going out by the end of the week. As soon as the chairs ship each member will receive another email with a new tracking number.
Our sincerest apologies for the multiple delays experienced during this drop. Once everything has been shipped out we will evaluate every step in this drops process to make sure fulfillment is smooth moving forward.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 7/25 or sooner if something comes up.
