Despite UPS' efforts, as of today, they are still unable to provide additional insight into the status of the missing chairs. They are going to continue looking and have a call scheduled with us on Monday. Due to this uncertainty we have decided to let affected community members cancel their order and in addition to a full refund we will offer those of you who would like to cancel $50 in Massdrop credit.
If you would prefer to cancel your order for a refund and credit, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions). Refunds will be applied to your payment method within 1-3 business days.
We will remain in contact with UPS and continue to update those of you who prefer to wait. If we do not get concrete information by Monday we will apply full refunds and credit to the remaining transactions as we do not think there is a high chance of this issue being resolved in a reasonable time frame.
You can expect an update from us on 7/20 or sooner if something comes up.
If you have any questions, please visit our Help Center (http://massdrop.com/helpcenter).

elimelendezI'm going to wait for Monday for a reply, but this 'excuse' is just ridiculous. UPS does NOT just lose an entire pallet of customer product. Not to mention, 189 chairs x 40+lbs each would be at least 4 pallets worth of product.
My company has been shipping large quantities with UPS for decades and has never so much as lost a single package. These items high-weight items, with a pallet being probably close to $25,000 worth of product each, and are heavy and as such would require special handling which would mean even more additional tracking by UPS in any of their shipment centers. DX Racer would have received a shipping manifest for any accepted product, and even if drop shipped, they would have received a port release and manifest from the port (never mind the duties, and taxes receipts).
Considering that DXRacer is still considering these items 'in-stock', I'm guessing either DXRacer never sent them and doesn't want to bother fulfilling this order or there are some serious 'shenanigans' going on here.
