I really want a king series chair, but i don't know which one to get. There are many different models: KX28 OH/KS00/Zero OH/KF91/NR OHKF06 OH/KF57 What is the best model!?!?! What is the difference between them?!!? And was this one $299 as well? please halp

I reported a slight tear in the fabric to them and I was surprised to have just received a whole new chair in the mail today. Contacting them with any issues seems like it'll go a long way :)

My chair came a couple days ago and very happy with it. Only problem is the handles don't quite stay on that well. Assembly was a breeze and let's not start on all the money I saved. Very happy!

I got my chair. Two things: 1. The manual said that there was supposed to be a warranty card? I haven't found anything of the sort. Any chance this was left out during packaging? 2. This may be kind of stupid but I was very disappointed with the color. I ordered the Black and White SKU and I'd hardly call this white. It's more of a cream or eggshell color. Sounds kind of knit picky I know but everything around my desk and computer build is black and white...so the color of the chair sticks out very noticeably.

Yay, got my tracking. Will be here on Thursday. Lets hope there are no mix ups with the product, heard bad things about the DXRacer drop before this.

An update for the group, the vendor is preparing the order. It should be ready to ship by the middle of this week. We will update the group with tracking as soon as this happens.

Quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.
