Just wanted to say that my chair was also damaged when I received it. I tweeted out to DXRacer and received an email to contact their support. The chairs come with a 2 year warranty on everything but the leather and a lifetime warranty on the frame.
The damage was at the bottom, and similar to other complaints, it was three small tears (exposing the inside) and a bit of a dent. DX Racer CS told me I'd hear back by yesterday, but I didn't. I reached out again and they said that they're looking into it and will get back to me soon.

jmadrakGood info, I'd be interested to hear how they'll deal with the tears due to it being in the leather which isn't warrantied? I understand not covering it over the long term because it's expected to wear... but I'd hope they'd remedy something that occurred in their warehouse or on the line.

WilyWizardAfter contacting DXRacer, they are mailing me new parts to replace the damaged ones (I just received the tracking code).
They also said I don't need to mail back the old parts because it just creates more work for both of us. I will post another update once I receive the replacement parts.

WilyWizardThe new seat came without any issues! It didn't take long for them to get me a new one and it is in perfect condition. If your chair has damage, I highly recommend contacting DXRacer directly.

jmadrakDXR seems to be either a bit disorganized or they're growing faster than they're able to deal with. I emailed them with sales questions and never heard back. I then bought direct from them and I ordered the wrong chair because their models were so confusing. I RMA'd the chair and bought a second one, but then I never got my refund on the first chair.
Six weeks later, I emailed to ask when I'd get my refund. They said they would look into it. No answer. Two weeks later I emailed again. This time they got around to issuing the refund.
