NicholasWiseNecro reply, but DXRacer doesn't offer this chair on their website anymore.
It seems that some of their chairs recently offered through Massdrop were just offloads of discontinued products.
A little disappointing, but probably for the better concerning how much they can handle. Another commenter on this thread I believe said for a different chair that they were refunded too.

Welp, refund.
I don't know who's to blame but much as it would've been a nice discount, can't say I'm very happy with how long it's taken to receive a clear answer on what's happened to the order.
From the emails I've received from CS, I get the notion that it wasn't Massdrop's logistics team, but on DXRacer. Perhaps DXRacer could think twice about offering a chair through Massdrop they know they couldn't be able to supply completely. They ran out of stock, which explains why Massdrop couldn't order more chairs.
I've ordered through Massdrop before, so I feel fairly confident in them... but perhaps next time it would be nice to let the vendor know to limit the drop availability so the rest of us aren't stuck waiting around wondering where our order is.
Just my 2c, since this is the first time I've had trouble with an order on Massdrop.

Don't know about y'all, but a refund is unacceptable as I complied with my end of the transaction in good faith and shouldn't have to lose the 32% discount opportunity. The chairs we bought are showing out of stock on DX Racer right now. I asked MassDrop to apply the same level of discount on either the KX28 or the IS166 which retail for $469 (including free shipping from DX Racer) but would be $319 with the discount. The ones we bought retail for $439 (including free shipping from DX Racer)...we paid $299 plus $35 shipping for a total of $334. If MassDrop will apply the same discount level we had to either of the replacement chairs I suggested and have DX Racer ship them directly to us, when you add in the shipping we paid, we have still paid an extra $15.
I don't think MassDrop should get to say, "Oops, we screwed up, here's your money back and best of freaking luck getting that level of discount again." and think it's all hunky dory this far down the line.

Whoop whoop! Just heard from Brian H. at MassDrop and was told they got the problem sorted and will be sending a new tracking number. Hopefully, we'll all be getting our chairs very soon, so be on the lookout for another email.

BittaSame here. I'm somewhat disappointed at how long it's taken to ship but I'm just glad I'm getting something.
For $300 with ~$60 S/T this definitely wasn't a bad deal, but my only hopes now rest on if this DXRacer chair can live up to the quality they advertise.

My last contact from MassDrop Support agent Kelly states DX Racer failed to ship part of the order and the "Logistics Team" (that I cannot contact directly, apparently) is working with the Director of Operations of DX Racer to resolve the issue. My Iron Series DX Racer chair arrived super quick, so why it has taken them so long to get something moving once the problem was known baffles me. I bought it for my bf's bday that's this weekend! I bought it early, made MassDrop, UPS & DX Racer aware of the missing shipment and frankly, at this point, am at their mercy. I don't know who's at fault and don't really care, if they'd just ship the chair out.
I, for one, don't want a refund as I probably won't be able to get this chair at this price again...it is a much deeper discount than the other DX Racer chairs I've seen on here.

massdrop... please give those of us who have received this shipment late at least some sort of compensation! The lack of communication and support is ridiculous!

UPS now trying to verify the package location now. With Massdrop, I expected it'd take a while to get my chair but it's almost been a month since the estimated shipping date... And I haven't a clue where my order is.
Starting to wish I didn't join this drop and just get an IKEA Markus or something. Even if this chair might amaze me, I'm probably never buying another DXRacer product again, and especially not through Massdrop.
