DawknesYes, you do get the Lifetime warranty on the FRAME ONLY.

Q: What is DXRacer's warranty policy?
A: We offer a lifetime warranty for the steel frame and 2 years for chair parts (not including natural wear of PVC or fabric).
We also offer a one-year warranty on our other office accessories.
