Welp, refund.
I don't know who's to blame but much as it would've been a nice discount, can't say I'm very happy with how long it's taken to receive a clear answer on what's happened to the order.
From the emails I've received from CS, I get the notion that it wasn't Massdrop's logistics team, but on DXRacer. Perhaps DXRacer could think twice about offering a chair through Massdrop they know they couldn't be able to supply completely. They ran out of stock, which explains why Massdrop couldn't order more chairs.
I've ordered through Massdrop before, so I feel fairly confident in them... but perhaps next time it would be nice to let the vendor know to limit the drop availability so the rest of us aren't stuck waiting around wondering where our order is.
Just my 2c, since this is the first time I've had trouble with an order on Massdrop.
