A few years in the armrest broke (cheap materials) and e-blue has no parts in the USA to support customers that have purchased their products.
In these discussions on this product I noted receiving a broken base which the company replaced.
I was quoted $98 for a replacement armrest shipped out of China.
I would not recommend buying a chair from this company again.
I am enjoying this chair and have been for about a year or two now. However, One of the wheels split in half and I cant get it to stay attached again :(
Not sure if you already started the return process, but I googled something to fix it and came up with "Mastaplasta." I can't believe how good it works. It's the same exact color and texture as the seat and covered the entire rip, which was growing bigger by the day. You can find it on amazon. It saved me from going through the whole process of returning such a bulky item. Good luck. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0042KGIVY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Will this ever have shipping to Canada / outside of the States? You guys get this question every time, has the supplier been asked about this and is it a hard no?
Any reviews of the mesh version of the chair!? I would love to know how it is as I currently use a mesh chair after having 5 chairs of PU leather fall apart on me.
Bonded anything tends to do that. You could just peel off the rest and dye it. Or just sell it on Craigslist/Ebay or something. Problem is, if the bonded material is peeling you'll be unlikely to find a buyer. I'd look into peeling the rest and getting some fabric dye. Then you can make it whatever color you want. I'm into DIY stuff, so it's always an option. And funny thing is, my mother bought a $50 Walmart special office chair like 10 years ago for her little sewing room in the basement, still looks mint and she sews like a madman! So I don't really know what to say on that one!
