It took me roughly 30 minutes to put it together. I did not run into issues where things did not line up like people below me had with the cobra.
I'm 5'9" and 210 lbs. The chair fits me nicely, although it sits a little high for me even at the lowest setting. When I'm sitting up straight my feet lay flat against the floor as long as I'm sitting with the correct posture and not leaning back. The seat is comfortable, but it will take a little getting used to as the last chair I had basically had zero padding left(it's probably 10 years old) and was flat on the back. I used the chair for about an hour last night and I did feel comfortable after the initial "nope this isn't how I want to sit-height/angle etc.". I'll update again after I get several hours in a row in the chair; so far I haven't had a "wow this is recliner comfortable" feeling yet, but I think it does a good job at making you sit with a correct posture and feeling comfortable at the same time.
If it wasn't so damn heavy I'd bring it to the office for a few days.
