Has anyone else had a seam rip on their chair?

DavronAs a matter of fact, I just wrote support asking for help because the middle-seam stitching is starting to come apart to where there is tearing in the area.

DavronI'll let you know what support tells me. I am hoping that they can either fix it or give me a replacement piece.

merlin8830Not sure if you already started the return process, but I googled something to fix it and came up with "Mastaplasta." I can't believe how good it works. It's the same exact color and texture as the seat and covered the entire rip, which was growing bigger by the day. You can find it on amazon. merlin8830Sadly mine wasn't a rip, but a seam giving way. And it is the recessed seam in the seat cushion and mine is grey instead of black.
