This chair is just bad. The cylinder once set into the base isn't even aligned straight up, it has a noticeable inclination so the arm rests are never at the same height because of this, swiveling the chair will give you awkward inclinations for your seat and arm rests.

AntarcticsiclepopAlso the arm rests have as cushioning some very thin foam material that will slowly sink in, I opened it up and replaced it for some pillow wool to get better cushioning for the arm rests.

It is definitely not the same experience that everyone in our office that is currently using the E-Blue Chairs has had. We have about 12 samples in the office and people are using them daily. Also many of our members have given very positive reviews of these chairs.
I will have E-Blue reach out to you directly to get this taken care of. Again, I am sorry you have had this problem with your chair but can guarantee you and the community this is not the norm.

AntarcticsiclepopYou received a defective unit. It's not indicative of a bad product. They'll fix the issue. Had this happened after 6 months of use then we could start to say this chair is bad.
