Seeing that its literally unused other than an unnoticeable light surface scratch (literally would have to look for it) and idk how much il cost for me to ship it, how's about $180? I believe the original Massdrop price was around $230 or so?
I know, which is a bit ridiculous. It's an awkward feeling to have when dealing with massdrop. It's like Massdrop is the place through which we experience and pay for awesome stuff but when certain situations arise, such as a customer requiring assistance with a product, it is hard placing blame on Massdrop, due to the fact that they cannot always have 100% foresight when dealing with problems arising between customers and products, product quality, or lack of support from said company. But when you look at it as a whole, they are running a business and they are responsible for the products they present to us as something we can assume is top quality and a financially sound investment to make. But again, we as buyers are equally responsible for our consumerism. Which in this case, just turned out to be a communication/interpretation problem.
(It seemed like a chair that would not only be aesthetically pleasing, but would also be comfortable as it is marketed as an ergonomically supportive chair, and my confusion was brought about by my own misinterpretation of how comfortable the padding would be for me. As I am more pleased with soft, plush, cushiony seating, as opposed to more on the firm side. Meaning it may as very well be super comfortable for someone that needs that kind of back support.)
