These chairs are sort of a safety risk, QC is legit crap back got messed up and I'm under warranty and they said I was supposed to receive the parts a month ago, but they said things are still delayed.. Had QC issues from the start, tear in the seat, plastic armrest portion cracked :/ I was hoping I could get a refund but I'm way past 30 days, and the company basically says we don't do refunds
