To all that have problems with the keyboard, I believe you need to go to : devices, peripherals, keyboard and then update software of the keyboard.
I have win7 64bit but I have it set for all new plugged peripherals to get updated on plug in. so the moment I plugged the keyboard it software got updated and everything is fine.
Let me say something about the keyboard and bear in mind I have went trough bunch of them, I was a keyboard freak, keycaps freak etc etc etc..... I own bunch of them, even one Korean one called TrikX that costed around $600 not included keycaps builded it myself. Quality, strength and heftiness is not as the Korean one, but I be damned for what I paid for this keyboard I'm sooooo surprised how good it is. RGB, pretty, double shot keycaps (main reason why I got it) All I can say is wow, I got the black one with the blue switches. These blue switches vs cherry ones are little bit different, they remind me more of the buckling spring clunkiness sound and feel, just a tad bit lighter, like a quiet version of a type writer, I love tactility and click sound no matter for gaming or typing. anyways this keyboard should be around 200 bucks considering how its build and features it offers, as for longevity time will tell, but what can go wrong?....lol If there is another drop u all should go for it, trust me is that good of a keyboard.
