Will these work with cherry mx O-rings? Also, is this a good alternative to the K70? I much prefer the white, and since I can't get white keys for the k70, there seems to be nowhere to turn :(

BreachAndClearOf course. Outemu switches are virtual exact clones of Cherry switches.
K70 is a much more capable keyboard, with multimedia keys, and actual keyboard control software with macro mapping.
You *can* get white keys for K70, it just won't be from Corsair. Places like Geekkeys.com, pimpmykeyboard.com, and mechanicalkeyboards.com sell them. You just have to pick whether you want them backlit compatible or not (i.e. do you want the backlight to shine through the keycap). There's always Amazon and eBay if you need more colors.
