Just to demonstrate how good of a deal Massdrop is giving you... I'm am linking you to this KB... available on Amazon through a third party vendor, who completely mangled the description, introduced so much bad info, that it's HILARIOUS to read...
http://www.amazon.com/Beyondtek-Mechanical-Keyboard-Backlit-Redragon/dp/B00UCRM18A
Yes, this is the black version of the E-Element RGB here... Note the same design, same font, and Z-77. Except the description is completely messed up, as the keyboard was NEVER built with Cherry MX switches. E-Element only use Outemu (Gaote) switches. The US vendor invented this "Eagle Gaming" crap name and spammed keywords in the title.
But you now know the truth... Massdrop will not lie to you, and you get lower prices (albeit, a bit late, and shipping costs).
Enjoy. :)

kschangActually the real name of this Keyboard is "E element Z-77 Fighting Falcon Symphony RGB". This, the Redragon, and the EagleTec keyboards, also Redragon, and UtechSmart mice (all sold on Amazon) are just distributor names. All are made by the parent company Eastern Times Technology Co. Ltd and distributed to various vendors to be sold.
There's even programmable software for the Keyboard that most don't know about, cause its only advertised on tw.taobao.com, here's the link to it:

It's the "FwCustom Driver.zip" and the file above it and below it, you can use Google Translate to see the file names. It's a small world, and if you investigate stuff, you'll find mostly everything we buy is usually manufactured by one company in China and just sold under different distributed names.

Misfit138Nice, the the driver software doesn't really do much, according to the Chinese PDF manual that's in that download link you provided. You can kinda assign macros, but it seems to be soft macro (not saved to firmware) and the lighting effects seem to be soft as well. You can assign patterns, but palette is limited. Still, better than "pure hardware" solutions.

Misfit138Well, I regret installing that. Ended up screwing with the lighting on my keys and now they won't light up at all.

Misfit138Okay now that I got this driver thing to not wreck my keyboard lights, how do you even execute macros to begin with? I can record macros but there doesn't seem to be any way to trigger them.

RayTypeOK, I've translated the text in the manual, some of it might be a little wonky, but you'll get the gist.
I couldn't add english pictures into the .pdf cause I only have the Redragon K555 version and the chip is different and wont allow me to open the program once installed. But comparison of the text and english visuals of your program instalation should suffice.
