I love the feel of mechanical keyboards, but I haven't bought one yet because of the price. This one seems like it would be a good entry level or starter keyboard. That said, can someone give me a tl;dr version of the switch debate? I don't want to pay $70+s/h for a crappy keyboard that will die on me in just a few months.

tkp42From what I've gathered from YouTube and Google searches, this keyboard is great for the money. Of course it's a risk buying from a less popular name, but the general consensus is that it's a great keyboard. It's $70 so you're not getting some of the extra features that come with a Razer Chroma or Corsair K70, but those keyboards are around $150~$200, so it really depends on you're budget.
