Can Massdrop disclose who the vendor is here? The lack of a manufacturer warranty makes it seem like it's NOT Eberhard & Co.
To be frank, I have no confidence in Massdrop's ability to warrant the functionality of watches at this level, so any explanation or assurances Massdrop could give would be helpful.

KhyronHey there, thank you for your question. Based on our agreement with the vendor of the products, we are able to offer our own warranty which would protect the product in a manner similar to how the manufacturer would.

Vincent.HI appreciate massdrop finally weighing in, but you didn't really address either of my questions. Yes. I saw that you are offering your own 1-year warranty. But I'm pretty sure massdrop doesn't have watch repair people. So it would be helpful to know who would be the ones to do that work. It would also be helpful to learn about where these are sourced from, but I'm sure you're probably not willing to disclose that. I ask, though, because there doesn’t seem to be any U.S. AD for this brand, and that kind of concerns me.
