I have been using two of these and a echo for 4 month (got from Amazon super bowl deal). I regret to choose these over Google home. Google assistant from my phone is way smarter than Alexa. I thought I would use the screens a lot, but the contents are so limited that I rarely use them. All what I need is youtube and NBA game recap. My strategy to choose Amazon was to avoid "commitment" to either google or apple, but google is now clearly a winner in AI...
The sound quality is good though (much better than echo dot). Echo also works with Lutron Caseta system very well, but Nest support will be more and more limited.
BTW, don''t be biased due to Amazon's market share like me.
