JoshThomasHi josh, if you're the guy in sales, you may remember me.. i filled out a support ticket on your site , after a couple days and no response i replied to one of your sales emails.you responded and cc'd to Mark in support..after a couple of days and no response from Mark, I filled out another support ticket and emailed Mark myself. He replied that he'd look into it......that was at least 6 weeks ago, and still no response..that's far too much frustration for your customers to go through ( at least for me! ) At this point I'll only deal with the president/ceo regards
