He replied that he'd look into it......that was at least 6 weeks ago, and still no response..that's far too much frustration for your customers to go through ( at least for me! ) At this point I'll only deal with the president/ceo

goldfingerI understand, prior to this, we were under poor management. That has just changed, and I can assure you that I will be taking care of each customer. Customer service is extremely important to us. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase!
