Okay, I have questions before I decide to drop myself in.
1) How durable is it? I am planning to ask my friend to send this M3 to Korea where I am living right now. If it requires a significant amount of maintenance efforts or gives frequent out-of-order situations, it would be a big disappointment. For example, is it gonna be okay when I ride it on the rough roads such as European brick roads (of course not all the time)?
2) Where can I buy the extra battery and bag later? I can't afford to buy them right now. But, I am planning to get them later.
3) It would be a tremendous help, if we go deep down to 15-people commitment, which may result in around $850. For me, it would be $850 + 20% tax + oversea shipping fee. So . . . . any more tree huggers? :-)

kimindavisThe scooter is constructed from steel and aluminum, and from what I've seen, it looks solid as a brick. It seems extremely well constructed to me, more so than any other product in the category. The tires have suspension and are made of solid rubber, so no worries of flats or shaking the thing apart, though it might be a bit of a rough ride on some surfaces. The battery is also supposed to last about 2,000 charge cycles, or ~10 years of regular usage. The scooter is designed to avoid requiring maintenance and is clearly well-built.
Also, from the website: "We designed the solid rubber wheel to be easily replaceable. Just unscrew and swap. We also have a patent on the rear wheel that you can replace the tire without throwing away the integrated motor."
I figure you can get the bag and the battery from the website. I don't know anything about international shipping though, I figure EcoReco will chime in here about that sometime later.

kimindavisI'm going to echo autoteleology in most of my responses, so a quick heads up and nod to autoteleology. I've done some enormous reading about the M3. Here is what I have found. While there is some variability about the amount of noise this thing makes from the motor (some wishing it to be quieter, some saying it is extremely quiet, etc.), every single person that I has had this thing physically in their hand says that this thing is solid and durable. The motor is brushless, so this is the most "maintenance free" you will ever get on planet earth today when it comes to electric vehicles of any kind. I think you can buy the battery and bag later from their website at ecorecoscooter.com. I just checked – you can. Regarding prices – spread the word on reddit, the interwebs, and everywhere you can. Best bet. Sorry not being helpful there, but MassDrop forum isn't the place for you to find new buyers. It's been on the website for days so many MassDrop members have already seen this. You need new blood. Having said that, this is the cheapest I've seen this scooter go for.
