I'm in and I would appreciate links to appropriate helmets for men, led light for the front, and led light for the rear (or for a backpack). Thank you for your assistance!

TigerKREcoReco put together a decent list of accessories that you would want to consider. I'd also just browse for a bike LED light that looks like something that you could attach to your backpack. As long as it has different blink speeds, you're golden.

TigerKRI highly recommend this light, along with this lens. You will love the combo!
These run on USB, so get yourself a nice USB battery bank and you will be able to see about as bright as a car headlight (one) for hours. The lens makes the otherwise bright spot into a wide beam. I own the combo and it is great!

Ignore the silly reviews on that light, people apparently though it would come with a lithium battery and charger for $11. *facepalm* The XML T6 is an incredible LED, extremely bright.
