I was expecting more of a MacBookPro-ish matte silver, but mine is pretty shiny. I wish that I ordered black instead, but I don't think it was an option when I placed my order.

So, the stand seems to include a two-sided sticker for sticking the pad on but also a clear sticker. Anyone know what the clear one is for?

blorbxI'm curious about this, too. I feel silly typing this, but I wish the stand came with a manual. :-)
My guess is that you can cut it up and use it on the bottom, to make it less likely to slide, and maybe protect the surface it is sitting on. The edges are a bit sharp on mine.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Edge Headphone Stand shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you all with updated information on the status of your package.

just a note. i just realized that the height of this stand is only 9in. I believe this will be too short for Hifiman headphones with their unique connectors as I have other headphone stands that are 9in tall that do not work with the Hifiman HE-400/HE-560.
