Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. The stock wire that came with the headset is extremely long and yesterday it annoyed me very much that it kept getting tangled with itself, so I decided to see if the cable is replaceable. That said, THESE speakers are 12 watts RMS each, plus a 40 watt sub. That seems a little underpowered to me. Plus, the design, while unique, looks...kind of weird. I don't think I'd like them, I saw these on Best Buy a while ago and decided I'd rather go with the Harmon Kardon sound sticks 2.1 speakers if I wanted to go that route.
TL/DR: Edifier is a good brand, but this product you're basically paying for a Bluetooth adapter and a tiny sub with weak left and right speakers. Other users are saying these are total crap...I haven't heard them personally but from the specs you can do a lot better for similar $$$.
