Returned my game but never got a replacement. After waiting a month I had to follow up to see what was going on. My zombicide season 1 arrived with the box ripped but the shipping box was intact so I was shipped a damaged product. Over all I think I am done with mass drop...

My package arrived in good condition and with no damage. As mentioned in the earlier post, there was no padding in the shipment box.

My drop just arrived. It has minimal damage because it was squeezed into a flat rate box. The box was bowed to make the game fit in it. Massdrop you need to do something about this when suppliers are shipping the games. This makes you look bad...

Packing on this drop was terrible. Over stuffing a flat rate box with no padding resulted in serious damage to the game box.

Quick update for the group, we spoke to the vendor and they are scheduled to get their allocation of units in slightly before the middle of next week. Once the units arrive the vendor will get individual orders packed up and ready for shipment. As soon as the vendor lets us know that units are picked up we will upload tracking for the group.

Quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship out from them directly to you.
We will update the group as soon as we receive confirmation that these have been packed and shipped. Currently we expect that these will ship inline with the expected ship date listed in the drop description page.
