Very attractive piece of garment. I've been struggling to find a garment which is sustainable, eco-friendly and can perform in the cold (freezing temps). This seems to tick all of that and durability is also a concern but here's more info from Kickstarter Page:
How does your product compare in terms of durability & abrasion resistance to Merino Wool?
100% Pure Merino Wool Products = 15,000 to 20,000 Martindale Abrasion cycles before failure. 100% Tencel Axis Treated Fabric = 20,000 to 25,000 Martindale Abrasion cycles before failure. 100% Invsta 6,6 Cordura Combat Nylon = 250,000 Martindale Abrasion cycles before failure.
It's slightly better than Merino Wool, but because it's a natural fabric, it cannot compare to high grade synthetic material in terms of durability. However it prosses many comfort and technical features synthetics do not have, such as incredible moisture transport, odor resistance, incredible softness etc.

Hunt@Hunt Good detective work! But please see the comment I wrote above. A large part of how long these will last will depend on how you wash them :)
Cheers!
