Made in Germany means nothing unless you know who the company is, and where their factories are. Nomos, Stowa, Archimede, Limes, and Glashutte Original are a few of the companies with genuine heritage. Companies like Elysee and Junkers are not.
The watch is fine, but Miyota 8 series movements and a 'sapphire coated crystal' aren't particularly nice for the price. At least the size is reasonable at 40x13, with 20mm lugs. however, you'd probably be better off going with an Orient Bambino II for a bit less money - you'd gain a well regarded brand, and an in-house hacking movement.
I would also consider (at usually decent value) Arristo in that category of actual German brands to consider, not as prestigious a those noted, but not a 'stencil brand' - a term we use in piano world whereby Asian companies buy up old defunct american and European piano names rights, then make up a long storied history, when it's just a value Asian piano, and NOT some an heirloom American or European fine piano.
