Joined the drop late due to prevarication, so only choice left was the polished titanium (I wanted that) with extra fine nib (wanted medium). Any comments on how this will perform? Worried about it being too scratchy & difficult to hold at correct angle to get smooth flow. The choice is to replace nib with a market retrofit, but they look pricey - almost as much as the pen! Looking for some words of comfort from any with experience

blibsterYou can swap out the nib and sell the one you don’t want. Titanium nibs retain valuable because they are uncommon.

blibsterI've had Ti EF, F, and M nibs from my Namisu pens. I wouldn't say they're smooth, but "scratchy" is a bit exaggerated (although this may be subjective). I personally would say using them is like writing on paper with a newly sharpened graphite pencil - but that's just me.
Too bad they don't have an F option, EF was too thin (to show any character) for me and the M made you write much larger which can be annoying if you're used to writing along the lines of ruled pads.
