I only got 1 of the 2 plates, have attempted to contact support to resolve this multiple times with no response. So disappointing after waiting so many months.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the ErgoDox Aluminum Top Plates shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you guys with updated information on the status of your package.
Expect an update from us on 1/16 or sooner.

GrendelHow were they packaged? There was a lot of talk prior to shipment about bent plates. I sent customer support an e-mail suggesting that they box them to avoid this, and they did, at least for me.

I'm guessing one of you were shipped a regular size red top plate and were expecting a full size top plate. I got your full sized plate. I've contacted support to get this rectified.
