Hi, guys. Can you, please, help me with one question: which switch type is the quietest? I've watched some youtube videos, but all types sound similar to me (except blue ones).

DevouYou can buy silencing rings if this is an issue. As an example..

http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/products/keyboard-accessories-2/cherry-mx-rubber-switch-dampeners.html

Id say brown would be towards the quiet end, but I only have experience with topres so far :)

Devou@Devou Be aware that the rings only eliminate the noise of bottoming out. If you tend to bottom out, or are aggravated by the occasional, unanticipated clack, then you might as well get the rings. Otherwise, you might not notice.

I have a sample set of the switches. I would say the red and black are on par for being the quietest (just a very faint slidey sound, but it would clack if you bottomed out without an o ring). Clear is very quiet too, but there is a faint 'thwup' sound from the tactile mechanism. Although, the sound of the clear switch's mechanism is still quieter than bottoming out with an o ring installed on the red/black switch, so if the feedback would help you avoid that, then clear (without o rings because you honestly wouldn't need them) is probably the quietest of the options available on this drop. Browns' tactile mechanism are maybe half a decibel quieter than clears (basically, I can't really hear a difference in volume, but I have a vague impression that the browns seem quieter), but you might want some orings for the browns because a lot of people do bottom out on them occasionally, since they are so light.
